You may be among a small population of users cannot log into the Hello Talent mobile application because you do not have a password. 

Two types of users: 

  • You are a Talentsoft Recruiting user and you connect to Hello Talent via API (by using your Recruiting login for both modules)

  • You connect to Hello Talent with the LinkedIn button

If this is your case, then there is an easy way for you to create a password so that you can use the mobile application. 

Go to your Profile settings and add a new password. Save it, and you will now be able to log into Hello Talent in the mobile app.
