You may be among a small population of users cannot log into the Hello Talent mobile application because you do not have a password.
Two types of users:
You are a Talentsoft Recruiting user and you connect to Hello Talent via API (by using your Recruiting login for both modules)
You connect to Hello Talent with the LinkedIn button
If this is your case, then there is an easy way for you to create a password so that you can use the mobile application.
Go to your Profile settings and add a new password. Save it, and you will now be able to log into Hello Talent in the mobile app.
