We've updated the email feature in Hello Talent to allow you to not only send emails, but to store replies to those emails as well.

Now when a candidate replies to an email the message will appear under the candidate profile as well, thereby allowing you to have a full overview of the entire correspondence. All sent and received emails will appear under the timeline.

As part of this change we've had to adjust how emails are sent. Now when an email is sent it will come from an email address that looks something like this:

Aimee van der Graaf (Company Name) aimeevandergraaf.rqyq8yre0@reply.hellotalent.com

Your own email address will be copied on all emails to ensure that communications are landing in your inbox as well as in Hello Talent, but the emails will not be sent via your address.
